The shooting lasted for AN HOUR AND A HALF?!!?!?!!? How do the police or military or whoever not put a stop to that sooner?

All that aside, this is very sad and my heart goes out to the innocent people affected by this. I hate that my 11 year old sister, my newborn niece, and everyone else in general have to live in a world where is kind of act happens so frequently.
