All that said, Kiffin should have never been hired in the first place. He wasn't ready.

I do agree with that, although the team DID improve. They couldn't get much worse though!
Should've rehired Art Shell again if they could not find anyone to take the job. 
It does look like Kiffin was right about Russell. He's horrible.
