That pretty much sums up my thinking.
Had Ramsey come in to the league under better circumstances like guys like Carr and Harrington have, he would probably be a better QB right now than both of them.
If Ramsey gets the full commitment of this team over the long-term, I think he can develop in to a quality QB.
Right now he just hasn't had a fair shot.
