Agreed - very unselfish of Joe to clear the way for another coach to take the team that he built to the next level.

Lady Brave - I don't think posters are dying to take a swipe at Gibbs any which way they can - its only natural to compare your current coach with the last coach. Zorn might not come close to accomplishing what Gibbs achieved here, but the fact that his playcalling is in stark contrast to what we've seen under Gibbs does warrant calling out.
