My concern now is portis' workload. he led the league in carries last year with over 300 attempts and we all know how hard he ran and how many touches he got during our playoffs pushes the past few years. now hes ran i think 27 times against philly and generally has been relied upon to carry the heavy work load in the 4th quarter when we go on these 10 min clock eating possessions.

we all know portis only knows how to play one way (see td saving tackle in 1st preseason game 2 years ago), and thats hard and physical, but i do hope betts can take up some of the work on these long time killing drives.

anyone else alil worried about our boy portis taking on such a heavy work load so early in the season after what hes been ask to do the past few years?

go skins!!
I could definitely see him getting gassed. Luckily we have a pretty dank backup in Ladell.
