Agreed but not for at least another 10 years.That's how long they have left on the agrement with P.G county( I thought it was a 20 or 25 year deal).With all the moneyPG has spent with infrastucture..the beltway,Metro,and other upgrades....nope not for awhile.
Remember he only bought Fed Ex ...he did'nt build it ,by the time he can build in DC it will cost almost 2 Billion...hell the Giants new place is about 1.75......nope no time soon.
