Snyder has made his share of mistakes, but he doesn't meddle like Jones does. Jones is in team meetings, he patrols the sidelines, and he's heavily involved with personnel decisions. He's become more hands on over the years while Snyder has wisely backed off.
Therefore I have no problem throwing stones at JJ. It's apples and oranges.
