I gave him a 5 because of just the situation Zorn was in. I do agree; if your going to rate coaches who have been in the league 3+ years, then I would use the 5 for someone who wins playoff games/Super Bowls. But for him to lead this team to 6-2 with much better play calling and an obviously positive effect on Jason Campbell, I couldn't give him anything less.

He has exceeded my expectations.
