That sucks man.
Not to be the bearer of doom, but basically you're out a $60 game. Like someone else said, if that's all that was taken there's no use reporting it to your insurance company unless you've got some kind of ludicrously low deductible.
Might be helpful to tell your agent, but I doubt they'll do anything about it and there's no way they go around asking potential clients if they stole a video game from a house that was being shown.
Shit happens, unfortunately. At least you've got a house and an XBox and a family - there's a lot of people in much worse situations, not that that really lessens the "pissed off" factor of having someone swipe your game.
