Qdoba is like if Chipotle had sex with Baja Fresh and Chipotle had the dominate genes. There's one right by my work that I hit up once or twice a month. Might be about time for a steak burrito...
As for California Tortilla, it's okay. I like the variety and options, but I think the quality of the food itself is lacking.
