Additionally, I really have to question the hiring of Jim Zorn. Nice guy, but I just don't see him emerging as a top coach in this league.

Suggestion: Let go of some of the reigns, Mr. Snyder. Go out and hire Bill Cowher after the season, hire a GM, get Jason Campbell a big target wide receiver (infuse Thomas and Kelly little by little), re-build the O-line, and get a stud pass rushing DE.
If he (i.e Zorn) is willing keep him as a Quarterbacks Coach.
This would be a MAJOR step in the right direction.
