We need some serious changes and might even have to trade players like Rogers, Portis, Moss who can offer value to acquire draft picks cause this team is going nowhere soon.

How exactly are we suppose to replace all of these players? We have like 4 draft picks, so the rest would have to come via FA. I agree that a lot of those players need to go, but there is just no way we can replace that many players in one offseason.
