1. Cut Springs, Washington, Griffin, Daniels, Fabini, and Jansen. Sign everyone else.
2. Get Dre Moore of Tampa's practice squad.
3. Sign Jordan Gross and Karlos Dansby(Linbacker). Gross can play left tackle and Samuels can move to right. That gives us two awsome left tackles and Heyer backing them up.
4. Draft a stud tackle or trade first pick for one. Use the rest of the picks for Oline and a linebacker.
5. Hire Cowher.
