it seems everyone has forgotten about Kelly and Thomas. Sure they havent been as productive as we'd all like but you cant just toss them aside and go looking for someone new. everone here talks about Snyders quick decisions to get rid of our coaches and cycle through them like underwear but then they all suggest we do the same thing with our players. you need to keep the SAME team with the SAME coach for a while until they really start clicking and firing on all cylinders. easy as that.
