Just (re)watching videos from Redskins.com I realized I forgot about Jason's statement from the 12/29 presser (not quite two minutes in) where he says the following about personnel changes:

"...but, you know, I'm pretty sure this offseason there are going to be some dramatic changes, you know, some may be shocking. So, you know, we all got to be prepared for it."

First of all I'm curious what everybody would consider a "shocking" change? Personally the only thing that would truly shock me is trading Portis (I highly doubt Campbell is saying that). Secondly, when should we expect to see changes to personnel aside from the draft?
