I know what you're saying though LongTimeSkinsFan. I thought it quite comical when I started seeing an increase of New England jerseys around town! I have proudly been a Skins fan since about 1980...when I was just old enough to understand football! I remember in first grade one of my best friends came in with this autographed picture of Danny White and I took one look at my friend and laughed at him! |
Yes they beat the crap out of the Dolphins the
second time around. I'm talking about back in '73 when they played the Dolphins with Bob Griese at QB, Larry Csonka and Jim Kiick in the backfield, and the famed 'No-Name' defense. I believe they were the last team to have an undefeated season in both regular season and post season play. That's when I lost the $1!
