As far as the scheme the big difference from Grilliams to Blache is GW attacked with exotic schemes and loved to bring corners and backers. Blache plays it more straight up and doesn't get very fancy with his blitz packages. GW did a better job at disguising the shortcomings on the DL.

I was refering to the d-line scheme difference between Palermo and Blache, specifically the DEs.

I noticed the DEs lined head up on the OT/TE or slightly shaded outside more often last year then in years past. As opposed to a traditional outside shade of the OT/TE. The DEs were rarely in a 'speed rush' stance.

When Palermo mentioned doing a better job getting pressure and sacks i don't think he was meant blitzing that's up to Blache.
