Good luck with that thought. Your talking about the Skins actually playing a Rookie. Heyer got in cause of injuries. Thomas and Kelly barely got in and only cause they wanted to have a tall threat. Other teams picked up on the fact we were not throwing to them so they doubled Moss. Horton got in because of talent alone which is like 1 out of every 8-10 drafts.
Don't get me wrong I'm on the youth bandwagon cause they are usually heathier and are quicker to heal. Plus on D it's easier to stick someone in and say this is your job, watch your lane or simply go after the QB, cover this guy. But if you talking offense, I have a hard time immagining any new Rookie O-lineman getting to play unless he had an outstanding O-line coach in college teaching all the NFL mechanics. Again Heyer got lucky due to injuries.
