I dont think Gross can be considered young. He'll be on the wrong side of 30 when the 2010 season starts. He's youngER than any of our starting O-linemen, but thats not saying much. The panthers are doing everyone else a favor by signing him to a deal where he'll be making over 10M/year for the next 3 years.
