Well to be honest what has Lavelle done for us lately(nothing) but take up a roster spot we need someone hungry in he backup spot, he seems content, and doesn't fight hard for the extra yards, can't break away for the long run, so I'd let Betts go, at least Rock is good on special teams...(sorry for getting off topic mod's)
