Tra Thomas is a bit miffed right now that the Eagles don't want him, but the OL did decline last year with Shawn Andrews out and Thomas and Runyan seem to be the main culprits for that.

Still, I'd offer Tra a contract. (as the Eagles, not the Redskins)
