Sorry I guess I'm getting Barnes and Brown mixed up. Although Barnes was turned down by the Raiders cause they can't or won't pay what he wants.

After remaining a long-shot possible destination for Jaguars free-agent tackle Khalif Barnes, the Oakland Raiders have decided to call it quits.
According to RaiderBeat.com, the team no longer is interested in signing Barnes.
Multiple reports last week linked the former University of Washington lineman to Oakland.
His agent, Kenny Zuckerman, has said that unnamed teams are interested in him, but Zuckerman has not identified any of the other supposedly interested teams.
