Locking up non-voilent drug users is this biggest joke and waste of US tax dollars, why not help these people instead of amplifying their problem? Best line from that doc is this:

Betty Ford had a drug problem (alcohol) they built a clinic for her, Robert Downey JR had a drug problem also (cocaine) they threw him in jail. Does that make sense to you?

Also catch the the Cocaine Cowboys, that is a awesome doc as well.
