Last year in very limited playing time, not because of health/injury but because he was part of an elite defensive line, he got in on 25 tackles and 2 sacks. In '07 he played even less for NO and got 3.5 sacks - I believe that's about what our starting corp of DEs averaged in sacks last year. Wynn will be a rotational player so he'll be fresh nearly all the time (Blache does a good job rotating all the d-linemen btw) and again he's basically been resting the last couple of years. He's also basically as good as any FA DE left on the market aside from a healthy P. Daniels. Can we stop w/ the bashing now?
