[Trample the Elderly]

I started a thread about this very subject not too long ago and everyone went nuts. I don't see why he can't be an upgrade over Collins. The only thing that gets me is why Collins was never given a shot even after he took us to the playoffs?
I'm in favor of Byron but only as a backup for this season. I'd be happy one way or the other. I like Collins too but he is getting long in the tooth and he's not in the team's future.
