Campbell is a dissapointment year after year. Shows very little progress. Always in bottom 3rd of league in QB rating. Always a split second too late. He's not a team leader. He's 17-21 as a starter - Skins went to the playoffs one year because T.Collins finished the year 4-0, after idiot Campbell got us to 5-7. Statistics dont lie!
And yet people say keep giving him another year....amazing. Let see, the Detroit lions at 0-16 scored more offensive TD's and more points the Redskins last year. look it up! Redskins finished 4th in total Defense, Portis had a solid year, and we still finished only 8-8. There is only one underlying factor. Our deadbeat QB. I dont want to hear anymore excuses...the O-line, different coaches....BS. he's had enough time!
The broncos thought Orton brought more to the table then Campbell. (and they are probably right!) the redskins tried to trade deadass Campbell for a 2nd Round draft pick. Not one team was interested. Doesnt that tell you something?
I am a diehard Skins fan, but Campbell is not the answer-he cannot lead us to where we want to go. I really thought we had a chance at a franschise QB in Cutler. At least there is only one more year of this nonsense, and then we get rid of this loser. I made the arguement last year at this time, and everyone on this site said 2008 was going to be a breakout year for JC......yeah right.
Hopefully we can trade him still. i cant stand him

I wanted Cutler more then just about anyone on this board, but it didn't happen. So now I hope that a 2nd year in this offense will bring improvement...and if it doesn't it's pretty clear we will have a new QB next year. I just can't imagine a diehard Redskins fan referring to Campbell as a deadbeat or a loser. It's one thing to think he is not the long term answer at QB...but that can be said without resorting to personal attacks.
