On the surface I'd agree w/you, but if you really want a player, especially a QB, on draft day you've got to do whatever you can to move up. If the Skins have someone convinced that the player they want is at #13 & set the bar high for trades, then #20 & #33 for a QB isn't too much. We've seen recently that it took 2 1st rounders + for a franchise qb. I know a rookie isn't in the same boat, but if detroit likes him but doesn't want to take him at #1, trading w/us makes a lot of sense IMO, even if they give up 20 & 33.
I'm totally w/you on hoping he is there at 13, but only to increase our trade potential, not for us to draft him.
