I actually agree with you. I think Monroe and J. Smith are more NFL ready right now but A. Smith and Oher have more potential. But basing a player's future ability on potential also gives them more of a chance of being a bust. I like Oher but A. Smith's immaturity scares me a bit. I think they have more upside and like you say, if they're successful, I think they would turn out to be better players.
