It wouldn't make any sense after they restructured the Alex Smith deal. He's probably not in their future plans, but he's a lock to be on the roster this year.
Quinn makes so much sense for them because the Browns would pay all of the deferred signing bonus, meaning they basically have Quinn at backup prices. He's the de-facto starter, but that's money they aren't investing in the 10th overall pick, which is not a good position in this draft, it seems.
Damon Huard, I think, will be cut before he ever dresses for them. Shaun Hill will probably stay on as the primary backup.
Cleveland could come out of this deal with two elite players, but nothing Kokonis or Mangini have done yet makes me think they have any idea what it takes to win in this league, so they'll probably just reach twice.
