Well you didn't specify whether they really had to be "football" so I've got a workaround. I don't believe Snyder has done anything on the field, if you will, worth a pat on the back. Trading up to get a bookend LT is just common sense once in a while. Gibbs II was a direct result of the chaos Snyder inflicted.
But I will give the tiny man credit for non-football moves. Everything surrounding Sean's murder...flying Collins up to his wife in delivery...I'm sure there are others. Snyder tries, he's just a lousy football man.
