I still think Gardner is gone. Sure, he doesn't count much against the cap, but he may not fit what Gibbs wants out of a #2 WR. Plus on a team with still obvious holes, why have 5 WR that deserve to play (Coles, Gardner, McCants, Jacobs, Thrash). Except for Thrash, who's going to play special teams? Do you expect Jacobs to make a tackle?
He may end up staying if the Skins don't get a good enough offer. I think it boils down to draft day. A team may not get the WR they want in the 1st round and then the Skins throw Gardner out there to get a possible 2nd or 3rd/4th pick(s). I think it will happen...
