I think Rey has first round talent and whatever team gets him in the second round should be very happy, but sometimes inside linebackers fall in the draft because of the focus on getting outside pass-rushers. Maualuga cannot play outside because he's not quick or agile enough. The Ravens got Ray Lewis near the bottom of the first round. Like interior offensive linemen and safeties, inside linebackers often fall out of the first round even if they have first round talent. That's what I figured would happen to Maualuga and it did.
