Duke Robinson by a long shot. Cody Glenn was projected as and UDFA and even if he wasn't we still could have gone on without him. Robinson dominated in college and had the size Bugel liked. By most experts accounts he was projected as early as the second round. If you really do take BPA (which ironically the Redskins don't seem to do nearly as often as they say) then Robinson is the pick.

People will say "oh well the scouts know more then you." Aren't these the same scouts that cut these late round picks on a regular basis? And what about the people that provide scouting reports for major draft sites. Did they do less work then the people working for teams? Are these the same scouts that keep on preaching how the draft is a crapshoot? Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep reaching for players.
