We have zero financial commitment to Williams, Bridges and Heyer, so the fact that theyre here doesnt automatically preclude that we sign Jones. That said, I agree with cobracai that the FO is probably "happy" with the guys they already have competing. Jones is a major injury concern and would cost more all by himself than would Williams, Bridges, and Heyer combined.

At this point, i'm pretty sure Williams or Heyer will be our starting RT and the other one will be a backup. My main fear is that because we can't afford to cut Jansen, we're going to have to put the other Williams (former MD center) on the practice squad where he'll be snatched up by another team. And if Rabach goes down... Jansen plays center. And i dont think any of us want to see that.
