If your local district has a drug enforcement unit, that might be another route to go as well. Give them your description of the person and their patterns, and let them handle it. Who knows? Your guy may have already sold to an undercover or an informant, and not known it.

BD and Joe thanks. I will just lay low, I am going to talk to my cop friend at the gym and seek his advice. I hardly think the kid is going to do anything becasue I looked at him, he has been doing this for over a year and has yet to be caught he is not going to ruin a good thing because someone looked at him funny. I will just ignore him moving forward and let the police handle it. I was just so mad this morning that this was going on in my neigborhood even though I had my suspicsions his actions today confirmed it for me. I take pride in my neighborhood and my neighbors and we are a close group that work hard to keep a nice place for your children to grow up in and this cancer needs to go.
