In-laws are from just outside Detroit so I've been there up there quite a bit. It's downright depressing there. Cold in the winters, grey in the summers. Businesses shutting down left and right. Not much vegetation. Crime galore.
Maybe GusFrerotte (not the QB, the dude who posts here) will tell you otherwise but I can think of better things to do than leave Charlotte for Detroit.
Wasn't Obama in Warren today? or yesterday?
