But part of what he talked about today (and in the past) was how many obstacles he went through and how much he basically had to be humbled before he really started feeling success. It's easy for us to think of Gibbs' life as a glowing success from the start. But his true success didn't really happen the first 40 years of his life.

Seriously though, that's awesome. There's not a great many people I admire, but Gibbs is definitely one.
