Actually the same can be said of the vets too. 
Another season on the way, which means gameday chats, the server getting overrun at some point, hater-aid vs. kool-aid battles, weekly Q&A sessions with ex-Redskin Tony McGee, the ultimate chicken or the egg discussion (play calling vs. execution), fantasy football, game ball polls, etc, etc.
