Yes Hagans the local product (Out of Hampton Roads) has really good potential as a PR or might work his way into the #5 WR spot.

Cool kid, was living in Hampton for the off-season. We work out at the same gym, really nice guy. Unless you struck up a conversation with him, you would have no idea he was a Redskin or football player for that matter, of course unless you followed him through High school, College, and into the Pro's.
