I agree with most of what has been said on this thread but the hits on portis I do not understand. He did rush for over 1300 yards this year and is around 6th or 7th in the nfl and with no deep passing threat. We all agree that our offensive line needs an up grade at center and in one or two other spots. With Gibbs system and most systems it starts with the offensive line. If Portis can get 1300 yards with an average or below average line just think of what he can do with an above average line and a deep passing threat.
