1. I had trouble getting the service to work on Firefox 3.5 and had to use IE8. Plugin installed fine on Firefox, it just wouldn't play videos.
2. HD claim is bogus. Video quality is still good but it's definitely not HD quality.
3. They don't tell you how soon after a game during the season you can watch replay.

Agree with each point. I know watching the games on the internet isn't the same as watching it on TV, but for less than $40, it's a steal. I've watched every Redskins game from 2008 and I've started watching Giants, Eagles, and Cowboys games. Great, great stuff.
