I think Samuels is in an ideal situation for us to have him restructure.
He's coming off two consecutive subpar seasons, his cap # is simply ridiculous and I'm sure even he understands that. He doesn't have much leverage, if he thinks someone else would be willing to take on his outrageous cap # the Skins' FO will gladly show him the door and dare him to find a taker.
