Gibbs needs to put some lustre on the tarnished rep. I don't buy into the tarnish, he deserves a season to get back up to speed, painful though it's been.

We need to have Samuels come down to earth, we need a better option on offense for Ramsey to throw to although a personal training camp may help an incredible amount.
