The depth chart doesn't tell you who is/isn't likely to be cut, it just tells you who is in line for playing time pending their making of the team.
Marko Mitchell could make the team based on his draft pick status, and then not play much offense in deference to Hackett. But Hackett and Hagans are both way more likely to be cut.
