If you just count Jeff Fisher's most recent 10 seasons:

He's won at least 10 games 6 of them
Won 13 games 3 times
12 once
11 once

Jeff Fisher is the best coach in the NFL. He was in complete rebuilding modes some of those years too. I would be the happiest fan in the world to have 5 11+ win seasons in a 10 year span. Wow. It's really unbelievable when you think of it.

That's why, I've been saying in the last couple years how I'm a little sick of having a team that is mediocre year after year. I'd rather rebuild for a couple then to always think we're right on the cusp if we just add this or that. Are we really on the cusp of a SB? I think we've got a good team, i just think we've got some holes in our team that will hold us back.

The Jeff Fisher teams, the Bill Belicheck teams always play for not only this year but the future as well. The future is very bright.

By the way, Jim Schwartz IMO will be a great coach in the NFL. I said it back before we interviewed him and I'll say it again.
