If a good opportunity comes up he is going to have a hard time turning it down for a job that might be there for him in 5 years. WHat if in years 4 or 5 of Gibbs tenure his defense is not as good as it is now and Danny has second thoughts? I don't think he will jump at any opportunity, but if a good franchise offers him a head job I would be worried.
