If you're set up to fail you have to be stupid to take the job. I sure as hell wouldn't take a higher paying job with a nice title just because someone offers the job to me. You have to evaluate all aspects of the job. Your commute time, working conditions, how much input you have, the expectations, etc. If you are an African American and you take the job just because then you get whatever is coming to you. Fortunately for me it's all about being happiness or benjamins. If the two conflict I take happiness.
