N CB Kevin Barnes : Barnes was among the inactive. The Redskins 3rd round pick has the potential to be an impact corner back, but that potential is in development. What I would like to know is --- can Barnes tackle? Does Barnes play less than 8 yards off a receiver? If so, put him in. If there is no faith yet, but he can tackle and does play up on the line, then have him teach it to Fred Smoot and DeAngelo Hall. They need it. Barnes is NEUTRAL.
