Will it depend on what happens to Sherman? A good record since taking over for Ray Rhodes, but his teams seem to peter out at the end. Losing at Lambeau in post season, like they did to the Falcons a few years back, and now to a another home/dome team would have been unthinkable for most good Packer teams.

Also, I think that Brett is so unorthodox, he may not be much in the mentor department. He is a Barry Sanders version of a QB. Great Games, Great plays, then stinko.
