The best way to set up a time is through easports.com's challenge system. If you and your prospective opponent have both setup your calendars on your member profiles, you can simply click on your opponent's name from one of the league webpages, and it will take you to their profile page. On that page, there is a 'Challenge User' button, that will allow you to setup a time based on the playing schedules that you've both slotted on your calendars.

I strongly recommend that everyone use this feature, since it makes it much easier to find a time to play your league games.

Otherwise, you're probably best off using the private messaging service on the Warpath to contact your opponent and set up a time that way.
